Luxury living with casual grace. Andrew’s renowned Palm Beach residence is a beachside sanctuary, in classic Hamptons style. Relaxed summer evenings on the front deck, warm winter nights around the outdoor fireplace in the secluded rear patio. Andrew sought to give the family a sumptuous retreat providing endless possibilities for entertaining, quiet weekends, and family get-togethers.
Flexible and responsive to clients’ needs, Andrew sought to bring a touch of the Hamptons to a family lifestyle in the suburban foothills above Wollongong. The house brings family and formal living together with timeless elegance, while allowing plenty of room for the hustle and bustle of regular family life.

The Bronte house sets the benchmark for premium beach side living in Sydney. This house combines the best of refined indoor living, with maximum opportunities for enjoying the outdoor lifestyle. Inside it has four bedrooms, study, sun room, man cave, bar and wine cellar, and a secluded bunk facility under the pool cabana, while outdoors there’s a wet edge pool, and a private court yard, with fireplace, protected from summer afternoon southerlies.

Andrew’s renovation of the Establishment is a standout example of his ability to blend the old and the new, finding efficient but aesthetically outstanding solutions to challenging and complex sites. Andrew exposed the raw beauty of the heritage fire-damaged George Patterson Building, retaining the iron columns and ornamentation in the main bar, and working around the burnt-out tower and its timeworn industrial features in the rear to create a dramatic expansive glazed atrium bar.
